Separate material claims from disposal
A wipe can contain water, cotton or plant-derived material and still be intended for the trash. Do not turn biodegradability or softness into permission to flush. Read the actual disposal statement.
Make the correct bin convenient
Put an appropriate waste container where it can be used safely and follow local waste guidance. Keep wrappers and the bin contents away from children. This site does not provide plumbing compatibility certification.
Do not generalize from another product
A different personal-care product may use different disposal language. That does not override the baby-wipe label. Pampers also advises against flushing wipes in its wipe-selection guidance.
Before you decide
- Read do-not-flush wording
- Use appropriate waste disposal
- Do not infer from water percentage
